This year's event will take place at the Resort at Squaw Creek, a full-service, luxury resort in an idyllic mountain setting. The Resort at Squaw Creek rests at the base of Squaw Valley (site of the 1960 Olympics). Known for gracious hospitality and full-service amenities, the Resort at Squaw Creek ranks among the top 50 ski hotels in North America.

Resort at Squaw CreekWe have exceeded our room block at the conference rate, however, The Resort at Squaw Creek does have limited availability on the Monday and Tuesday evening at the current prevailing room rate. The Village at Squaw ValleyA block of rooms has been secured at The Village at Squaw Valley during the event dates. All rates will be subject to an additional $25 resort fee.
Additional local lodging options include PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn and Squaw Valley Lodge. Note we have not secured discounted rates at these venues. Attendees can also find additional lodging options through hotel booking websites like Hotels.com and Tripadvisor.com. Hotel ShuttlesThere are complimentary shuttles that run between The Village at Squaw Valley/PumpJack Squaw Valley and The Resort at Squaw Creek, every half hour, 7:30a-10:00p daily. Upon arrival, please check with your hotel's concierge for the exact pickup/drop off location.
Getting to the Resort at Squaw CreekThe easiest option to get to Squaw Valley is to fly into the Reno - Tahoe International Airport and take ground transportation to the resort.
Taxi and Shuttle Options
Shuttle service is approx $50 each way. Taxi service is approx $140 each way.
Driving DirectionsDrive time from the airport takes approx one hour.
Resort at Squaw Creek ParkingComplimentary self parking is available a short walking distance from the hotel entrance. Valet Parking is also available for $35 per day.
Winter Driving in Lake TahoePlease be advised, our conference venue is located in a mountainous region and attendees should take proper caution if driving to Lake Tahoe during inclement weather. Please check the following website for Highway 80 road conditions before driving to Resort at Squaw Creek: California Department of Transportation In the case of a storm, the Department of Transportation may enforce chain controls on Highway 80. Should your vehicle not have 4-wheel drive and snow tires, you will be required to place chains on your car. Although there are a few places that sell chains in the mountains, it is far less expensive to purchase these before you begin your trip. You can pay to have chains installed and removed on the highway (typically $30 - $50).
