10:15 am – Morning Break

10:30 am- noon (or earlier)  Pitches:   Participants will be asked to pitch their ideas. Do you have an idea about ensuring the quality of organic produce? Or a vision of the perfect app for you’d like to have when you travel to establish your identity? Grab a mic and let us know your great idea for making the work a better place with blockchain!

 Not all participants may wish to pitch or have ideas, but those who do can take 30 seconds to pitch their ideas in their best “elevator pitch” style.

noon to 1:00 pm Lunch and mingle; talk to the pitchers whose ideas you like, see if there is a pitch you would like to support.  Take some time to interactive and talk to your peers.

1:00pm to 1:30 pm.  Form into teams—Align with the pitch people you’d like to work with. Join that pitcher at a table and gather to form a team.  Teams should be 4 to 5 people.

1:30 pm to 6:00 pm – Coding Begins!

6:00pm -7:00 pm – Dinner

7:30 pm  – Day One Adjourns

 

Day Two – Sunday Oct. 1

  • 8:00-9:00 – Breakfast
  • 9:00-noon – Coding Resumes
  • 12:00-1:00 – Lunch
  • 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm – Presentation Rehearsals
  • 3:00 – Solutions Due to Judges
  • 4:00-5:30 – Team Presentations
  • 5:30-6:00 – Dinner
  • 6:00-7:00 – Winners Announced

7:00 – Hackathon Adjourns
