For International Attendees

Narita International Airport and Haneda Airport (Tokyo International Airport) are the two international airports servicing Tokyo.

For directions to the hotel from the major airports, please click on the corresponding links below.

For those attendees flying in to attend this event, please note that Chinzan-so is a 10-minute walk (uphill) from the nearest train station. The easiest way to get to Chinzan-so from either airport is to take an Airport Limousine Bus. Ticket counters are available at both airports just ouside of customs/baggage claim. The bus ride will take approximately 2.5 hours, but is door-to-door. You can take the train, but if you do so, we'd advise taking a taxi to Chinzan-so from you final station destination. The airport links above will provide more specifics on each option laid out here.

For Local Attendees

The Chinzan-so Hotel & Conference Center is readily accessible via both the Japan Railway and Tokyo Metro Systems.

From Edogawabashi Station:
The hotel is a 3-minute taxi ride or a 10-minute walk from Edogawabashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho line. Exit the subway from [EXIT 1A]. Our staff will be there to provide you with directions to the venue. If you are taking a taxi, please tell the driver to go to “Hotel Chinzan-so Tokyo”.

From Mejiro Station:
The hotel is a 7-minute taxi ride from Mejiro Station, on Japan Railway Yamanote line. There is only one exit. If you are taking a taxi, please tell the driver to go to “Hotel Chinzan-so Tokyo”.

We will also provided a shuttle bus service from Mejiro Station to the hotel for your convenience. Once you exit the station, please cross the street and take a right. Our staff will be waiting there to guide you to the bus stop. There will be a sign on the front of the shuttle bus that says "Automotive Linux Summit Spring 2013".

The shuttle schedule from Mejiro Station to the Chinzan-so Hotel is as follows:

Monday, May 27 - 9:00am - 11:00am: (3 trips)Once every 40-45 minutes

Parking
The Chinzan-so Hotel offers both self and valet parking.  For attendees not staying at the hotel, self parking is complimentary. Guests will need to bring their parking ticket to the information desk and it will be validated. Parking for hotel guests is 1,000 yen per day for self parking.
