ApacheCon gathers together the open source community to learn about and collaborate on the technologies and projects driving the future of open source, web technologies and cloud computing. Apache projects have and continue to be hugely influential in the innovation and development of software across a plethora of categories including content, databases and servers, big data, cloud, mobile and virtual machines. The developers, committers and users driving this innovation and utilizing these tools meet every year at ApacheCon for collaboration, education and community building.

With hundreds of thousands of applications deploying Apache Software Foundation products and code contributions by well over 4,500 Committers from around the world, the Apache community is recognized as among the most robust, successful, and respected in open source.

This community-focused event contains tracks and mini-summits dedicated to specific Apache projects organized by their respective communities.
